Weather

Puptopia Festival is a rain or shine event. The event will go on unless the weather is so severe that it jeopardizes the safety of all attendees, pets, staff and vendors. If weather is severe, the event organizer may make the decision to cancel or postpone the event, in which case attendees will be notified as soon as possible.

Attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately and prepare for all types of weather conditions. If it is raining, attendees should bring rain gear for themselves and their pets. If it is hot, attendees should bring plenty of water for themselves and their pets.

Puptopia Festival will have water on hand for pets scattered around the festival grounds, which will be refilled several times per hour throughout the day. However, it is the attendee's responsibility to ensure that their pet is adequately hydrated and does not overheat.

Refunds & Transfers

Puptopia Festival does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. Tickets are non-refundable and may only be transferred for extenuating circumstances.

Ticket transfers may be permitted upon written request. To request a transfer, please email info@puptopiafestival.com with your name, order number, and the new attendee's name, email and contact information.

Pet Owner Liability & Indemnification

The venue and the event producer (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising out of or in connection with any pet-related incident that occurs at Puptopia Festival (the "Event").

By purchasing a Puptopia Festival ticket and/or attending the event, the attendee (the "Indemnifying Party") hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Indemnified Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with any pet-related incident that occurs at the Event.

The Indemnifying Party further agrees that the Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising out of or in connection with the negligence of the Indemnified Parties, their agents, or employees.

Aggressive Breeds & Leash Policy

Puptopia Festival is a highly inclusive, pet-friendly event by design. However, safety of our attendees and their pets is of paramount importance. Therefore, the event producer reserves the right to refuse entry to any dog that it deems to be aggressive - either by breed, behavior or if not leashed.

All dogs must be on a leash at all times while at the festival. Leashes must be no longer than six feet in length and extend-a-leashes are not allowed. While Puptopia Festival will do its best to provide leashes for attendees who may not have one upon arriving at the festival, those who do not keep their dogs leashed while on the festival grounds may be asked to leave.

The event producer reserves the right to make the final determination of whether or not a dog is permitted at the festival.
